PAG SUMMER CARNIVAL, end of July, Pag
As a part of Pag Summer, Pag Summer Carnival is one of the oldest summer carnivals celebrating its 45th birthday this year. During the carnival a costumed parade accompanied by music and entertainers rolls the streets of Pag. Guests to the island are welcome to mask themselves and join the townsmen in celebration.

INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S FESTIVAL SIBENIK (July-August), Sibenik
The International Children's Festival takes place on the streets of renaissance town Sibenik. Both professional and amateur ensembles participate on the festival; there are specialized creative workshop for children as well as film showings, performances by theater groups, music ensembles, and puppet shows.

ZADAR SUMMER THEATRE (July-August), Zadar
Summer theater festival features state of the art plays of various character and genre from the national theater. The performances are held in cultural-historical venues of Zadar (open as well as closed ones). The festival was founded in 1995.
MUSICAL EVENINGS IN ST. DONAT (July- August), Zadar
International musical festival; takes place since 1960 in the St. Donat Church and other sacral venues of Zadar. The festival is composed of two cycles: Musica Antiqua (medieval, renaissance and baroque music) and Musica da Camera. Performers are renowned musicians from home and abroad.
