Sutomiscica is a small tourist destination and harbor, on the eastern coast of the island of Ugljan, one of many islands of the Zadar archipelago. The place developed in the bay of the same name, some 2 km from the ferry port and is perfect for a family holiday with children.
Sutomiscica offers a safe anchorage to yachters. Its diligent and hard-working residents cultivate handsome gardens, most notable for their pomegranate trees whose fruits ripen right around the feast of St. Euphemia, the pathron saint of this place
A visit to a 17th century Baroque summer villa, once belonging to the Zadar family Lantana, is particularly recommended.
